1. Estimates and Pricing

All prices displayed online or provided during booking are estimates. Final pricing may vary depending on yard size, grass height, site conditions, accessibility, and the scope of work required. Customers will be informed of any price adjustments before work begins.

2. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once acknowledged by Trimvera Lawn Care.

3. Access to Property

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the service area on the scheduled service date. If access is unavailable, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated before or during service delivery.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 4 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.

6. Weather Conditions

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Property and Obstacles

Customers are responsible for removing or identifying any valuable, fragile, hidden, or hazardous items from the service area. Trimvera Lawn Care is not liable for damage to items concealed by grass, vegetation, or debris.

8. Ongoing Service Plans

Weekly and bi-weekly service plans may be modified or cancelled by either party with reasonable notice. Pricing may be reviewed periodically based on operating costs and service requirements.

9. Health and Safety

Trimvera Lawn Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe for staff, equipment, or property.

10. Liability

While every effort is made to provide professional and careful service, Trimvera Lawn Care's liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

By booking a service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
